I admire the self-awareness that you developed at such a young age (I can tell you that I didn't possess such a skill when I was in college).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Spark sounds like an amazing organization.  My original background is education, and I've often criticized the demise of apprenticeship programs.
