Wow, Melia! I admire the self-awareness that you developed at such a young age (I can tell you that I didn't possess such a skill when I was in college).
Spark sounds like an amazing organization. My original background is education, and I've often criticized the demise of apprenticeship programs. Kudos to you for resurrecting that in Spark.
